– To participate in our dives, every diver must possess a recognized international certification.
– For divers who have not dived for more than 12 months, a Scuba Review is mandatory.
– All dives will be conducted in pairs, within the limits of your certification, and within the safe curve limits set by dive computers, and in any case, never exceeding 40 meters. Dives deeper than 40 meters will be organized separately.
– Each diver must have a surface marker buoy with at least a 50-meter line, to be used in case of separation from the group before surfacing.
– It is mandatory to always adhere to the instructions communicated and the shared dive plan, always respecting the predefined limits.
– Divers are required to maintain responsible behavior on board vessels, and to follow the staff’s instructions.
– It is prohibited to start disembarking/boarding and entering the water before the mooring operations have been completed and the engines turned off.
– Diving is not recommended for individuals with a cold, toothache, or those who have taken psychotropic drugs.
– Payment for activities is due at the time of booking. In the event of cancellation, notice must be given by no later than 5:00 PM the day before. Otherwise, no refund will be provided.
– The Dive Center assumes no responsibility for equipment left in storage.

In case of rental:
– It is allowed only for those with a recognized international certification.
– It is advised to always check the proper functioning of the rented equipment.
– Rinsing of the rented equipment is always required before returning it.
– In case of damage, the cost of repairs for the rented equipment will be charged.
– In case of loss or irreparable damage, the sale rate at market prices will be applied.

It is STRICTLY FORBIDDEN to collect any marine organisms, as well as any elements belonging to the sea bed.
